Passive

Moonfall: Extra Attack, Disable Heal, Counter Attack, Slow, Healing, Assist, Shied Break, Cripple - Circle of Shadow Nightwolf can impale an opponent throwing his Spirit Tomahawk, that remains in their body. Impaled opponent cannot restore their health. Summoning the Tomahawk back interrupts opponent's Basic Attacks and applies Slow for 10 seconds. Upon retrieval, Nightwolf instantly restores 1-3% of his max Health for each second the opponent has been impaled with the Tomahawk. Maximum 10-30%.

If the opponent impaled with the Tomahawk tries to tag out, Nightwolf interrupts them, summoning the Tomahawk back.

• Heal accumulation per second: 1-3%;

Synergy: Nightwolf assists Circle of Shadow teammates with a Tomahawk throw upon their Block Breaker Basic Attacks, dealing damage and applying Shield Break for 5 seconds. Can trigger once per 5 seconds.

He also assists his teammates upon opponent's tag-in, draining 1 bar of foe's power and dealing damage with a Tomahawk throw.

Passive

Edenian Rhapsody: Counter Attack, Stun, Weaken, Shield Break, Unblockable - 1-3 times per match at the moment of her choice, MK11 Sindel can counter-attack enemy's Basic Attack with a move that applies Stun. On successful Combo Ender and Maleficient March (Special Attack 2), Sindel's scream applies Weaken to the opponent. MK11 Sindel has 50% chance to apply Shield Break for any Special Attack performed against her.

Synergy: MK11 and Netherrealm teammates have 25% unblockable attacks chance and 25% chance to resist Stun.

Noob Saibot MK11 is one of the newest characters in the game. He is incredibly useful against characters who can resurrect because of the debuff on his special attacks. Having extra Critical and Lethal Damage for Netherreaml teammates as a synergy makes him a great supporter too.

He is really durable because of his shadow and can be a real pain if you are fighting against him, as we found in the last Lin Kuei Tower (battle 200). 

Passive

Endless Night: Summoner, Debuff, Counter Attack - MK11 Noob Saibot's Special attacks apply Death Mark to his opponent, disabling all forms of resurrection and increasing future damage done by 10% for 20 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. After performing successful Special Attack 2, MK11 Noob Saibot summons his Shadow to fight in his place. Shadow starts with 15-25% of Noob Saibot's current Health. Max 3 Shadows per battle. When MK11 characters block an enemy Special Attack, Noob Saibot's Shadow counter-attacks and applies Death Mark.

Devouring Flames: Fire, Lethal Chance, Effect Stacking - Apply fire to 1-3 opponent(s) for 5-9 seconds at the start of the match and when MK11 Scorpion tags in. Fire DOTs add up together. MK11 teammates have a 25% chance for Lethal Blow on basic attacks.

Embracing the Shadow: Evasion, Slow, Counter Attack, Reverse DOT - MK11 Jade has a 15-25% chance to dodge basic attacks, leaving the opponent slowed and open to counter attack for a brief time. MK11 teammates are healed by fire/bleed/poison.

Faster Than You: Tag-In Attack, Speed Boost, Stun, Assist - When MK11 Kabal tags in, he gains Speed Increase for 4-12 seconds and stuns the opponent with his dash. When an MK11 teammate is stunned, MK11 Kabal will attempt to stun the opponent and remove stun from his teammate. When an MK11 teammate is defeated, MK11 Kabal will tag in and if unblocked, will perform his Fatal Blow attack.

Passive

Revenant Servant: Enslave, Immunity - Fear - After defeating an opponent, Kitana enslaves the victim to fight for her, once per match. The enslaved Character does not have their passive ability or Equipment but has 20-50% of their health. Bosses are immune. If Kitana has 2 Circle of Shadow teammates, she can use her passive twice. Kitana gains a 25% Lethal Blow chance against opponents affected by Weaken. Circle of Shadow Characters are immune to fear.

In Faction Wars, 25-35% chance for Lethal Blow. Lethal Blow heal all Circle of Shadow teammates for 5-15% of the damage dealt.

Quan Chi's basic attacks have 10-30% chance to be unblockable. On tag-in, Circle of Shadow team members are granted vampirism on unblocked attacks for 10-20 seconds.
