Ninjutsu: Bleed, Power Drain, Silence, Ninjutsu, Fuming, Weaken, Critical Chance Boost - Every 10 seconds MK1 Smoke can throw a smoke bomb and activate Ninjutsu for 8-12 sec.

During Ninjutsu, MK1 Smoke performs unique Combo Enders with a 150% damage boost for them. Ninjutsu activation and each unique Combo Ender grants Smoke a stack of Fuming buff. It increases his Baisc Attacks unblockable chance by 10% and stacks up to 7 times. On the maximum stacks, Smoke gains +10-30% Critical Hit chance boost.

Additionally, MK1 Smoke applies Bleed on tag-in.

Synergy: 

• During Ninjutsu, MK1 Smoke and his teammates' attacks become Seak Attacks and their Combo Ender chance becomes 100%.

Passive

Ancestors' Will: Extended Attack, Critical Basic Attack, Blind, Prevents Power Gen - After 3 successful Combo enders, Kenshi MK1 can summon the ancestors' spirit that unleashes a terrifying Special attack on the opponent. Performing mini-games at 80%+ activates the chain of attacks with progressively increasing speed, damage and critical attack chance. Kenshi applies Blind for 2 sec. for each Special attack performed.

When Kenshi defeats an opponent, he applies Team Ancestors Damnation which power drains opponents and prevents from generating power for 5 sec.

• MK1 teammates reduced Power cost on all Special Attacks: 5-20%

Synergy:

• All Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, Raiden, and Kenshi on the team are immune to Blind, including Kenshi MK1.

Passive

Wielding Fire: Fire Vitality, Death Delay, Vengeance, Snare, Cripple - When Mortal Kombat 1 Scorpion successfully hits his opponent, he gains Fire Vitality energy. If he uses any successful Special Attack or Fatal Blow, he will get more Fire Vitality energy. For each Fire Vitality bar gained, Scorpion permanently increases his attack by 10-25% and gains Shield for 7 seconds.

When Scorpion receives fatal damage, if he has three bars of Fire Vitality, he ignites to stay alive and it drains Fire Vitality bars.

Ignited Mortal Kombat 1 Scorpion is immune to damage and all negative effects. He cannot be tagged out, and gains a power generation boost. If ignited and his Fire Vitality has completely drained, he explodes and deals heavy damage to the active enemy.

Synergy: Mortal Kombat 1 Scorpion gains more Fire Vitality energy for each Martial Artist teammate.

Liu Kang MK11 Passive Ability Explained

Full Contact

MK11 Liu Kang is a high-pressure, unblockable fighter whose Full Contact passive makes him extremely dangerous against both defensive and high-HP opponents. His passive provides several effects:

Unblockable Special Attacks: Each Special Attack has a 35% chance to be unblockable, allowing consistent pressure against tough opponents.

Concussion Stacks: Every successful hit applies a Concussion effect, stacking up to 20–50 times. Each Concussion increases Liu Kang’s critical hit chance and unblockable attack chance by 1%, scaling his lethality over the course of a fight.

Counterattack: Liu Kang can counter opponents’ Special Attacks, with a chance equal to the number of Concussion effects on the target. This makes him a dangerous disruptor, especially against teams relying on repeated Special Attacks.

Liu Kang MK11 Team Synergy

MK11 Liu Kang provides strong team-wide advantages when paired with other MK11 characters:

For 15 seconds after tag-in, all MK11 teammates are immune to Blind, ensuring their attacks always hit.

During this time, enemies cannot dodge attacks from his team, creating a significant advantage in timed or high-damage exchanges.

These effects make Liu Kang an excellent leader or support in MK11-focused teams, particularly in PvP or tower challenges where accuracy and uninterrupted damage are critical.

Passive

I Don't Think So Wrath: Thunderstorm Damage, Slow, Trapping, Attack Boost, Power Gen Boost - With a long tap on the screen with one finger, Raiden can accumulate Thunderstorm Energy to unleash crushing damage on the enemy, taking 4-10% of the boss's HP and 10-30% of the regular enemy's HP and applying Slow. During the energy accumulation, Raiden is especially vulnerable and any Basic or Special Attack can interrupt his concentration, deal increased damage and energy will need to be accumulated again. After performing Electric Rage (Special Attack 2), the enemy is enveloped in a lighting trap that prevents them from taking any action. The enemy can try to escape faster than the lighting will disperse on its own by beating the mini-game.

Heavy Weather: Team debuff, Soaked, Power Bonus - Klassic Rain gains +15% Power generation increase till the end of the match per unique lasting negative effect applied by him or a teammate. Power Generation effect stacks up to 7 times. Klassic Rain's Combo Enders have a 20% chance to apply Soaked. Any negative effect applied to a Soaked enemy by a Klassic teammate has a 75% chance to be applied as a Team negative effect.

Synergy: Klassic Teammates start with 1 Bar of Power.

Dragon Fire: Assist, Dragon Fire - Each time Fire God Liu Kang is affected by Fire DOT or he applies Fire DOT to an enemy, Liu Kang slightly heals and gains 1 Dragon Fire, permanently increasing his total health by 5%. Additionally, the more Dragon Fire acquired, the more powerful Fire God Liu Kang becomes:

• 1 Dragon Fire - Bicycle Kick (SP1) applies Fire DOT
• 2 Dragon Fire - 50% Basic damage boost;
• 3 Dragon Fire - Achieving 80%+ on Bicycle Kick (SP1) extends the attack, dealing more damage;
• 4 Dragon Fire - Flying Dragon Kick (SP2) also applies Shield Break;
• 5 Dragon Fire - Achieving 90%+ on Bicycle Kick (SP1) extends the attack a second time, dealing even more damage;
• 7 Dragon Fire - 200% Basic Attack damage boost

Synergy: Elder God teammates have a 25% Basic attacks unblockable chance, and their Special Attacks have a 20-50% chance of being assisted by Liu Kang's fireball that applies Fire DOT.

When performing combo enders against frostbitten opponents, MK11 Sub-Zero has a 30-50% chance of freezing them. Sub-Zero saves each MK11 teammate once, by replacing them with an Ice Clone. The Ice Clone explodes, dealing low/medium/high damage and causing bleed.
