Kitana

Apart from power draining her opponents, Kitana Klassic does great damage with her special attack 1, unfortunately, it is not lethal. Her passive helps all outworld characters for a faster recovery, so it is best if you use the tag-in-tag-out tactics when she is on your team. She movers swiftly, so you can attack and block without an issue.
