Shang Tsung - MK11

It is worth mentioning that MK11 Shang Tsung can do brutalities of other characters when he is equipped with his brutality equipment.

Passive

Doppelganger: Healing, Power Generation, Morphing - On tag-in MK11 Shang Tsung morphs into one of his opponents for 10-20 seconds, allowing him to use their own Special Attacks and X-Ray/Fatal Blow. When below 2 Bars of Power, MK11 Shang Tsung passively generates Power over time. Active MK11 teammates heal for 15-35% of their maximum health after defeating an opponent.

Gain invincibility for 3s after the user performs X-Ray/Fatal Blow. (Unlocks at fusion level X)

Soul Reaver's King Kobra Belt

15-35% Max Health boost;
Whenever an opponent performs a successful Special Attack or Combo Ender, there is a 10-40% chance to apply Cripple;
80-600% Max Health Boost. Sorcerer's Tower only.
[SHANG TSUNG] [SET] If this is equipped alongside Soul Reaver's Servant, any DIAMOND Shang Tsung gains a 40% chance to perform a Special Combo Ender dealing massive damage. If the last opponent is under 25% health, a Brutality is performed instead of the Special Combo Ender, ending the fight immediately.
50% Incoming DOT and Dark Magic damage reduction. (Unlocks at fusion level X)

Soul Reaver's Servant

10-20% Chance to apply Curse on Critical Hit;
15-35% Damage boost against enemies affected by Cripple;
150-600% Damage boost. Sorcerer's Tower only.
[SHANG TSUNG] [SET] When Shang Tsung defeats an opponent, he and his teammates gain the defeated opponents remaining Power, distributing it equally among them;
[SHANG TSUNG] [SET] If this is equipped alongside Soul Reaver's King Kobra Belt, any DIAMOND Shang Tsung gains a 40% chance to perform a Special Combo Ender dealing massive damage.
